We are thrilled to share that Professor Mel Hughes has co-authored a chapter on Leadership and Co-Production with Lynn Laidlaw, a visiting fellow at Bournemouth University. This has now been published in Routledge’s Research Handbook on Leadership in Social Work and Social Care.
The handbook is available in both online and print format via Edward Elgar’s website: Research Handbook on Leadership in Social Work and Social Care | Elgar Online. The chapter can be found in Part Three: Community Leadership and it highlights the importance of collaborative approaches in social care and social work leadership.
