Alison Kazem Malaki

I’m a highly experienced PSO with over 16 years working within the HSS-CPD teams. I previously worked in financial services and specialised in customer services and complaint resolution. In addition to my PSO role at the university, I am a trained mental health first aider and menopause mentor.
Within my community, I volunteer with Dorset Police, Independent Age, and a local community fridge.

I support the following HSS CPD Units:

• Examination of the Newborn (EXON)
• General Practice Nursing (Foundations)
• Deteriorating Adult Patient-Recognition & Management
• Paediatric Presentations in Urgent and Primary Care
• Patient Care in Anaesthesia
• Return to Nursing Practice.
