After 8 years as a middle school teacher, Katie moved into working for Dorset Council in 2021 and into the Learning and Development team in Children’s Services in 2022. As part of her role as a Learning and Development Advisor, she coordinatea the ASYE programme, Practice Education programme and student placements along with many other responsibilities.
